Meet Team Clancy!

The Clancy’s have been selling real estate in SW Michigan for more years than we want to count but Team Clancy really started with Bill, Chuck, and Tom on a small farm. Working closely together was what “family” meant and they spent most of their youth side-by-side at home and in the Gull Lake School District. As the Clancy's grew older and headed off into the working world, nothing made more sense than to continue that family tradition. After Chuck obtained his real estate license, Tom graduated college and decided to join him. Together, the two brothers opened Clancy Realtors®, the local, family-owned brokerage of Richland. One year after their start, Bill, with a marketing degree in hand, joined the family business.
Although changes over the years have shifted the Clancy's from being Clancy Realtors® to Team Clancy of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices MI Real Estate, the family bond and commitment to the community has only grown stronger. From Gull Lake alumni to parents of Gull Lake students, the Clancy's know the greater Richland and Gull Lake area inside and out.
