November Events in the Gull Lake Area

The holiday season is upon us and you know what that means. Events, events, and more events. Looking for things to do in the Gull Lake area for November? We’ve got you covered. Here are some of the most popular events coming to the area this month.



The 21st Annual Christmas Boutique Arts and Crafts Show is coming to town on November 2nd. A great way to get a jump start on your Christmas shopping, you’ll find local crafters and vendors onsite offering some of the most unique and adorable crafts from all over.


The running community of Kalamazoo enjoys the Run Around Gull Lake event, taking place on November 2nd and December 7th. This year, participants have the option to sign up for breakfast following the run.


Next up, mark your calendars for a day of fun at the Holiday Market on November 23rd. Each room of the W.K. Kellogg Manor House is decorated by staff and local artists selling handcrafted arts, crafts, and gifts. Open between noon and 5 p.m. you can also enjoy hot spiced tea and cookies toward the end of your tour.


The annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place in Kalamazoo at Bronson Park on November 29th and presented by Kalamazoo Parks and Recreation. Festivities begin at 5 p.m. and promises live music, crafts, hot chocolate, visits with Santa, and more. The event is free to the community.


December preview! Put Richland Wassailing on your calendar now, December 5th. Join us in the Richland park for festive fun! For more than 40 years, the Richland community has come together to celebrate and kick off the holiday season!
