Real Estate Market Update - April 2019
The Greater Kalamazoo and Gull Lake real estate markets continue to move slowly and steadily into the summer.
The Greater Kalamazoo market saw a slight increase in average sales price from year-over-year at $191,317 while the number of homes sold decreased to 355 from 436 last year.
Gull Lake School District average sales price jumped to $266,444 from April 2018 ($227,101) and the number of homes sold went down to 18 versus 29 last year.
Gull Lake Waterfront real estate takes a jump this year with an averages sales price of $729,000 versus $363,000 in April of last year. The number of homes sold stays the same year-over-year at 2.
